The day was busy and started early with me meeting Tracey and her husband (Paul) at her house as we were off to Peterborough Lido for an extra curricular activity for Hampton Academy who are having a Space themed week. Tracey will put an blog up with pictures.
We ran a two hour session with some basic skills and then they built the space object being used for the Leicester Space School that Dive Rutland is running over the next three weeks.
On returning to the dive centre, sat and had something to eat (trying hard not to fall asleep - even Tracey was tired!) followed by offloading all of the equipment and packing it away - except the BCD's which I put out to dry and then it rained really heavy, so they took a little longer than normal. As we had used all of the small cylinders and some of the Dive Rutland club members are diving Norfolk this weekend we then filled them all.
Tracey finished resolving some issues with a customers regulator and moved some school regulators around to match their First Stages... and the last real job was to place a supplier order.
I hope that you have enjoyed my daily blog updates as I have learnt a lot in writing them. Its been a fun work experience and I have learnt loads, including finally how to close the containers without help!... Thanks for reading.... and see you all soon.
