You may have seen some photos already, but Tracey and Bridget snuck off to go play with the seals!
Bridget needed to get her new xDeep Zen in the water! But, how do you make sure that a wing is fitted properly?
You buy it from a local dive centre of course!
Before going anywhere, Bridget had Charlie help her fit the wing.

Why does a wing need fitting? Surely you just pull the d-rings on the shoulder straps?
Not quite. A true wing, with DIR system is one continuous piece of webbing that you adjust to fit your body. This is not a difficult task, but certainly takes a lot of hands!
Since it is fit tight to your body, it does take some help getting in to and out of your wing. It may be the reason that you hear 'chicken wing' shouted at the van
