Why should I service?
Would you drive your car, without an MOT and regular servicing, well the majority of us would not, so why expect your diving equipment to work if you do not take good care of it, not forgetting the legal requirements.

Computers
We are an approved Suunto Advanced Computer Watch (ACW) Centre, which means we can repair and perform battery changes on the complete range past (subject to service kits being still supplied by Suunto) and present of Suunto dive computers, with onsite trained service technicians and a full set of fully branded Suunto Battery and Service kits.
For non dive computers, there is only one location you can get those serviced in the UK and they can be contacted on 020 360 805 34
In addition to other manufacturers such as Hollis, Mares, Oceanic and Zeagle
At Dive Rutland we provide a battery replacement service for all user replaceable battery computers and back our work up with a 1 month guarantee as long as the anti tamper paint is still intact. All computers are subjected to a pressure test as part of the battery replacement service

Cylinders
Diving Cylinders are required to be Hydrostatically Tested (Pressure Test) every 5 years with an incremental visual inspection every alternative 5 years. Therefore your cylinder should be tested every 2.5 years alternating between the two tests. Cylinder tests now include a valve service as part of the test process.
Cylinders used for surface use i.e. Airguns and Paintball Cylinders need to be tested every 5 years.
Diving Cylinders for use with Nitrox, Trimix or oxygen require to be Oxygen Cleaned annually.
We offer a complete Cylinder Testing and Servicing service via our off-site service technicians. Not only useful for Divers but also for Airgun and Paintball Gun owners.
We also offer competitive prices for Oxygen cleaning and other cylinder and valve services such as shot blasts and repainting.
